About Virtual Consultations (For Out-of-Town Patients Only)
We can offer the best evaluation if we see you in person before the procedure. So if you live in the San Antonio/Austin area, please visit our contact us page to request an in-office appointment. However, since many of our patients live out of town, this is not always possible.
The second-best option for consultation is via telemedicine video. To prepare for this visit, we ask that patients please send photos in high-quality JPEG format, if possible. There is a reduced fee for telemedicine appointments.
For the best virtual consultation evaluation possible, please take pictures of the front, top (crown), both sides, and the back of your head (donor area) as illustrated below. Also, pictures are best if taken from about 2 feet away with good lighting.
After receiving and reviewing the photos, our office will reach out to you to set up your virtual consultation at which time Drs. Krejci or Limmer will discuss your options for hair restoration.
