General Payment Information
NOTICE: A $500/day deposit is required to hold your appointment date. This deposit will be deducted from your procedure fee on day of service, however, this is non-refundable if procedure is cancelled within 10 working days.
An additional $150 will cover lab work that is required 3 weeks prior to your procedure.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, as well as cash and cashier’s checks.
We do NOT accept personal checks.
